Trinh has seven years’ experience in ESG consulting for several projects in Vietnam. Particularly, she assisted clients in the energy industry (including thermal power, hydropower, waste to energy and renewable energy) to identify impacts and risks associated with their project activities. Moreover, she developed actionable mitigation measures to reduce these impacts and achieve compliance with national and international environmental and social performance requirements (World Bank Group – IFC Performance Standards).
Apart from consultancy projects, she used to work as an ESG Manager for a leading renewable energy company in Southeast Asia.
